CER provides staffing-related services throughout the United States; availability may vary by location and role.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If the Privacy Policy conflicts with these Terms on a matter of data handling, the Privacy Policy controls.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are submitting information on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity.
CER may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
CER grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own personal job-seeking purposes or legitimate employer business inquiries.
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; introduce malware or other harmful code; scrape or harvest data from the Site without prior written permission; or submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
The Site and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CER or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Candidates and employers may submit resumes, applications, messages, or inquiries through the Site. By submitting information, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
8.1 Candidate Resume Database. CER may store applicant information in its candidate database, evaluate candidates against current and future opportunities, contact applicants regarding potential roles, and share relevant information with prospective employers, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Employer Inquiries. Form submissions from prospective clients constitute requests for information only. Any staffing engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive operational, informational, and service-related emails and, where you have opted in, SMS/text messages from CER.
CER does not guarantee interviews, assignments, placements, or employment of any kind. Hiring decisions rest with our client companies and may vary.
Candidates may be subject to eligibility verification, background checks, or other screenings, as authorized by applicable law and by you where your authorization is required.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. CER is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CER and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
CER may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Site or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
